Working at Triggertrap
Triggertrap is based from an office in London, which shouldn't need much of an introduction - but suffice to say that the Queen lives here, so it's obviously awesome. The office is in Highbury and Islington, easily accessible from all over the world with Kings Cross a stones throw away, and there's even a couple of awesome pubs nearby. Spiffing.
We believe people work best with a good work/life balance. We've been there and done the 100 hour week thing before, and don't want that at Triggertrap. We work hard, but at the end of the day we're off to the pub. We're proving it is possible to have a hard-working, successful startup with sensible, family-friendly working hours. On which topic, we offer childcare vouchers and generous maternity and paternity schemes.
We also believe in flexible working, so if you prefer working at night, or if you want to polish up the newest project at home, we're not going to stop you. We should mention, however, that from experience, we do believe we work best when we're in the same room most of the time.
We believe in sharing our success, so we're offering generous share options. You're in on the ground floor of a rapidly-growing company, so the potential is huge. Of course we're also paying you a decent wage!
The projects you'll be working on are super-exciting, and the company is bootstrapped, profitable, and growing fast. If this all sounds good, we'd love to hear from you!
Are you a recruitment agency?
Please read this very carefully: Do not contact us. Any agency that contacts us will be blacklisted and reported to the ICO. Thank you.
There seems to be some confusion from recruiters that still contact us, so we'll clarify: Yes, we really mean this. Yes, if you're thinking of contacting us anyway, this does mean you. No, we never use agencies, and in the unlikely event that we ever did we'd make a point of not using any agency that had cold-called or spammed us. LinkedIn requests will also be reported as spam. Is that clear enough? Thanks. Phew.
