Love timelapses, but hate the mind-numbing maths that can come with more complex shoots? We feel your pain. So much so, in fact, that Triggertrap Timelapse Pro has a brand new feature that will take care of it all for you!
Tell me more!
While we usually know how long we want our finished timelapse to be, it can be a little tricky to work backwards and calculate how many exposures we will need and with what interval duration. So what did we do? We implemented a funky calculator into Triggertrap Timelapse Pro. Didn't know calculators could be funky, did you?
When you've got an interval module open on the Timelapse Pro app, you'll see a clock icon (in classic Triggertrap red, of course). Click on that little dude and you'll get taken to the calculator.
You can enter how long you want your finished timelapse to be under Playback Duration, followed by the frames per second, and how long you have to shoot the stills. Hit Calculate, and the app will work out the interval duration and number of exposures for you. How cool is that!?
We want to hear from you!
When you’ve checked the brand new calculator out, be sure to let us know what you think. We love hearing how users interact with our apps, and welcome any improvements we can look to make! So if you have any feedback, don’t hesitate to mention it in our forum or email us at .
If this is the first time you have heard about Triggertrap Timelapse Pro, where have you been? You can find out some more about the app here.
